I actually looked into some of these units while I was considering a move to Hoboken. Nice units in a great area, however I decided on moving to Jersey City instead. There more options in Jersey City to choose from. One of the best Jersey City condo developments that I found was Liberty Harbor. Great location with a ton of amenities. Don't rule out Jersey City.
