Does anyone know when the operational report produced by the Matrix Co. will be made available to the public? It was supposed to be issued early in January.

Thank you, LDePinto. It seems Matrix has published an "Inconvenient Report" which has magically and embarassingly disappeared. I for one want my share of the $146,000 we spent for the report returned to me.
