<p class="MsoNormal">There were 4 speakers penned in. One spoke about the recent beef problem and the BOE. Another commented about not being allowed to park in the various 'zones' throughout the HBLRT system. And Lenny and Bobby each spoke.<o

<p class="MsoNormal">One of the main issues of the night was the Cablevision renewal. Attached is a copy of their survey. It can also be found on line at the City web site.<o

<p class="MsoNormal">Another interesting item centered around a change of the BLRA board membership. As the terms of the current members expire anyone employed in any capacity by the City or its various entities will not be brought back. The change will allow two members from the City Council and citizens who are not employees of the city.<o
