<span style="font-family: 'Georgia','serif'">I have been officially subpoenaed by the Port Authority in their case against the BLRA et al. This is a curious move to me, as I already have filed a complaint in lieu of prerogative writs against them looking to intervene and/or consolidate their case. It is uncertain to me as to what light I may be able to shed on their case, as I was not involved in any way in the sale of land or negotiations or any issues pertaining to it. Perhaps this is an intimidation move on their part in order to dissuade me from the case I have filed. As of right now, I have not yet decided how to respond to the subpoena. <o
