1) The plaintiffs'(Hillburn/Ryan) lawyer is asking that the requests for dismissal by the defendents(Cresci, Pierson, Coviello) be denied. These things move sloooooowly. This'll be in court for YEARS.

2)You are right. My cynical side says that folks that know how to be unethical are ethic experts....except they use their expertise the wrong way.
