I don't know any info about pricing, but don't expect it to be cheap. Most all of the units for sale will have water views.

From what I have seen, the 1BR housing market has not lost nearly as much steam as the 2BR market. There are plenty of example of nice apartmetns in good buildings sitting on the market for over a year.

In Washington Common, prices dropped to $400 a square foot for two bedrooms on many apartments before they sold.
