I took a look at Canco a few weeks ago, and it is a really impressive building. The finishes are all very high end, and the amenities are second to none (with 77 Hudson possibly being the one exception - at double the sqft cost).

The question is, can the building sell? The area is still up and coming, but when will it get there?
