That is a nice feature and thank you for instituting it. The more shy among us probably thank you as well.

That is a feature that I believe helps forums. Along with the policy that this board has right now regarding e-mail vertification (there is none which I usually find to help get new members as activating an email reply usually is an inconvience to members). I think these policies will lead to this forum trickling in a vast amount of members.
