I remember there was a big deal being made about the condo auction at velocity last year, and that the developer cut the auction short. Did they ever sell out?

I don't know about that, but I've heard of people literally lining up for chances to buy some condos, and watching the prices rise before they even open the sales office.

Sometimes the hype works for the vendor.

SEVERELY OVERPRICED. Doubt anyone will rent there at those prices when they can pick the Cliffs or the Sky Club for less money, but more "stuff"
