Default Metrostop

Since Metrostop is one of the coolest new buildings about to open in Hoboken, I figured it's worth a new topic feed. As a local, I am very excited about this building and how it will influence the positive growth of that area of town. I also think it will appeal to those looking to stay close to the city, those who want to increase their living space and up the lux factor of their current situation.

I find in Hoboken a lot of the times developers have a hard time reaching Manhattan residents looking to defect to the outer boroughs. So many of my friends have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA the real estate opportunities that are available in places like Hoboken. It's a shame, because a building like this I'm sure would be very attractive to this crowd...

Yes? No? Maybe?

The pictures look really nice, but in all honesty when I saw the name I thought it was a convenience store. What do you think?

it's named metrostop because it's right on the light rail stop - and also will be a zip car location - so it has that 'transportation' vibe.

With all the furor over whether or not Starbucks is going in on the ground floor - we should be calling it Coffeestop!
