Wow, I can not begin to exclaim how true that picture actually is. Granted as a resident of South Jersey I do not come into contact with the Jersey City much in general, but the surrounding enforcers in my area are no better.

It seems that nowadays, these agencies are set up simply to make money instead of protect or enforce the laws of the area. I hope we can elect some state reps. tofix it-but it will probably remain like the other broken things in the justice branch-the ordinary citizen is always getting in trouble while criminals walk free.

Many a person that has had run-ins with the parking authority has probably printed that picture and hung it up in a prominent place. The e-mailing is probably intense as well. My question: how long until we see that pic on Jay Leno or Craig Ferguson?

I saw one picture like this years ago. I can't remember what city it was from but it said "Bu-y S.W.A.T.". It was on the side of a van just like in this photo. I only remember it because I'd never seen a SWAT team in a small band.
