The Pier House

h/w floors, recessed lighting, and w/in closet. Kitchen features bar, while bath features his & her double sinks. Washer/dryer within unit and 1 deeded parking spot. Building itself is surrounded by the Hudson River on 2 sides – view of the Statue of Liberty can be seen from heated pool. Gym & 24hr concierge service - close to PATH train, Light Rail, & Ferry
