Drowning man saved

A Long Island man trapped inside his SUV as it sunk into the water was saved by an EMT and cop before the vehicle was fully submerged, police said yesterday. It's unclear how Leone James Jr., 35, of Cold Spring Harbor, drove his car into the water...
