April 19, 2008 -- LOS CABOS, Mexico - Giants groom-to-be Eli Manning washed away the pre-game jitters yesterday with an ice cold beer as guests converged in Mexico for the Super Bowl MVP QB's ultra-private wedding to his college sweetheart.
Manning, 27, and longtime fiancée Abby McGrew, 24, are slated to tie the knot today in a cozy hilltop chapel overlooking the Pacific at the One & Only Palmilla resort, where rooms run as much as $2,600 a night.
Yesterday, with a cool breeze cutting the tropic heat, Manning looked relaxed as he sipped his drink and chatted with family and friends on the swank resort grounds.
Later, Manning joined his brother, Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton, and the rest of his family at one of the hotel's several pools. McGrew, looking elegant in a floral dress, lounged on a nearby daybed.
