Bad-girl rapper Foxy Brown took a plea deal yesterday to settle charges she hurled a BlackBerry at a neighbor on a Brooklyn street, even swallowing her pride enough to pen a weak "apology" to the woman. "It's over," the hip-hop diva said, her voice breaking, as she walked out of Brooklyn Supreme Court, wearing six-inch heels and a bright aqua dress. "It feels really good. I'm ecstatic to move on, embark on a new journey. "I think I made a really good decision in my plea . . . They knew this was a weak case." The hip-hop diva won't do any additional time for the attack by gadget. Instead, prosecutors agreed to let the eight months she completed on a violation of probation in Manhattan serve as her sentence for the second-degree menacing count in Brooklyn. The rap princess was also required to write an apology to the woman she bashed, Arlene Raymond, a childhood acquaintance. Addressed "To whom it may concern," the letter read: "I apologize for the incident that occurred on 7/31/07 in that I attempted to scare Arlene Raymond and place her in harm's way."
