She's an ace on the catwalk, but Gisele Bundchen's stairs are downright dangerous, claims a worker suing over his fall in the supermodel's Manhattan apartment. Bronx carpenter Martin Marrero said he fractured his shoulder and ribs and herniated discs in his spine when he fell on stairs lacking a handrail while renovating Bundchen's West Village pad, according to court documents and his lawyer, Keith Ahlers. Marrero, who filed a lawsuit against the Brazilian bombshell and her company, Casa Vida, in Bronx Supreme Court two months after the September 2006 accident, has been out of work ever since, Ahlers said.
